Palette Over Knives was established in 2018 by Bryony Pimble. It is a project that aims to spark conversations and raise questions about the systematic abuse and suffering of (non-human) animals for food, products, fashion and cosmetics. It aims to promote veganism as a compassionate alternative to consuming (non-human) animal products and treating all creatures with compassion and respect.
